The inspiration for this painting comes from observing underwater creatures that appear like plant life, but really are not. So is this a leaf, or is it something else? The colors are transitioning in hue like a creature that can transform its color to match its environment. I've always admired animals that are masters of camouflage.

I've been creating art since I was a kid. It's something that has always been good medicine for me. My images are often created intuitively from my imagination.
