Artist's Description
As a diver, I never lack of sources of inspiration. I've seen some unbelievable things in the ocean: mollusks, soft corals, sea snails, and sponges of great variety, colors and textures, all living together in what we know as a coral reef. The beauty of organisms living so closely together is magical. Where one animal ends and another begins is a fuzzy line. This is what intersection is about, those mysterious linking and unlinking of forms.

I've been creating art since I was a kid. It's something that has always been good medicine for me. My images are often created intuitively from my imagination. Inspired by the natural world, I think about the things I've experienced as I paint or draw. Before I realize it, I've drifted away from this world for a while.
